Privacy notice

Parvati Axis Technologies Private Limited (CIN U62013TS2026PTC221235), Ohri's Tech Park, HiTech City, Hyderabad 500081, India. We decide why and how the information below is used, which makes us the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

• When you send the contact form: your name, work email, company, the topic you choose and your message.
• With every form submission: your IP address and the time of the request, recorded by our hosting provider so we can stop abuse.
• When you simply read the site: nothing that identifies you. We set no cookies and use no analytics or tracking scripts.

Only to reply to your enquiry and to carry on the conversation you started. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share your details for marketing. You give consent by sending the form; you can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, and we will stop using your details from then on.

• The form is processed on Amazon Web Services in Mumbai (ap-south-1) and delivered as an email to our sales mailbox.
• That mailbox is hosted on Microsoft 365. Both providers act on our instructions as data processors.

• Technical logs (IP address, time, and the email address you entered) are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for no more than 12 months after the last contact, unless we then have a contract with you.

You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or complete it, or ask us to erase it. You can also nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to info@parvatiat.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

The site is served only over HTTPS, the form endpoint is rate-limited, and the systems behind it are reachable only by named staff. To report a security issue, write to security@parvatiat.com.
